Your shipping containers can be sprayed insitu, saving £100's in transport costs alone. In fact its cheaper to have us come to you to spray your container onsite than just the transport cost to bring it to us.
We cover your roof in a layer only 1.5mm thick, its not bulky like spray foam saving precious inches in space within the container. Its alot cleaner looking too, drying to a slightly grey/off white colour.
Condensation can produce the ideal conditions for mould growth, to help prevent this the roof spray incorporates a highly efficient Fungicide.
This roof covering has been used on 1000's of buildings across the UK with 100% success, buildings from domestic garages, Cold stores, Aircraft hangers, Schools, Sports facilities to vast warehouses as well as Shipping Containers.
All we need from you is to provide us a clean container roof, no oil splatters or rust holes. This works best on roofs without flaky paint. We also need an empty floor so we can access all areas of the roof from below. We can repair container roofs using Corten Steel during the same visit as we are spraying at a extra cost.

Insitu Spraying
We come to you with our mobile workshop. 2 spray guys will light, check and prep the roof first. We use a diesel 70lpm hydrovane compressor and high capacity spray equipment to make this job as quick as possible. During warmer weather the container will be ready to use in 24 hours, during wet winter months it may need to be force dried before the containe rcan be used. We can rent you indirect propane and electric drying equipment to help if you haven't got your own.
